Please note that the concierge’s office will be closed between Christmas and New Year, so if your car parking expires during this time, you may want to renew parking before the 24th December.
Please check your last receipt to see the expiry date.
Also, by default the white key cards expire at the end of the calendar year, usually two years after being issued.
If you’re not sure when your key card will expire, please call into the concierge’s office and get your key card checked and- if needed- updated. There is no cost and it will insure you wont be locked out on the 1st January.
Residents who do get locked out during the Christmas holidays, can call S-Security to let them in, but they will charge them for that service.
