A computer fault caused the gate fob reader to malfunction last night.
Several residents were locked out, for which we apologize. Today the fault was fixed and testing showed the reader to be working OK again.
Only 1 resident told the caretaker about the fault, while several people were locked out. Please tell the caretaker if you notice any faults so that repairs can be arranged quickly.
A new intercom unit for the gate will be installed in a few weeks time. New parts were no longer made available by the manufacturer and it took a long time to find new compatible parts which have now been ordered.
