The management company would like to ask residents to recycle their waste as much as is possible. Recycling helps the environment and will keep the cost of household waste collections down. The bins in the car park in photo 1 can be used for dry mixed recyclables such as paper, cardboard, plastic, and cans. If you are using bin bags for dry mixed recycling, please use transparent ones.
General household waste should be bagged and left in the bins you see in photo 2. The recycle bins in photo 3 outside the complex on Canada Street, beside the entrance to the park, can be used for glass bottles and old clothes.
Objects such as old mattresses, furniture, and electrical appliances should be recycled and cannot be left in- or at the bins in Maritana Gate. The area is monitored by CCTV and offenders shall be reported to the Council.
