Residents are advised to get their key cards checked before the Christmas break. The key cards expire after two years and by default the expiry date is set to the 31st December. Don’t take the risk of being locked out on New Years’ night and get your card checked at the concierge’s office. Residents who do get locked out, can call Sentry Security to be left in to their apartment. However, there will be a charge of € 50.00 for this service and residents must be able to show photo ID.
