Recently there have been a few reports that cars have been broken into in this part of town. The culprits broke windows and grabbed laptops and other valuables that were left on car seats. Regrettably this also happened to two Maritana Gate residents.
Users of the Maritana Gate car park do so at their own risk, so it’s important not to leave any valuable items in your car, as this may entice thieves to break into your car!
Garda are aware of the situation, so please call them if you see any suspicious people hanging around, and give them a good description of who and what you saw.
