Internet problems

Over the last week or so there have been problems with internet broadband. Two days ago faulty network equipment was replaced for new parts and generally speaking broadband is back to normal. However, there are still a few apartments that had/have problems with their internet broadband. Because the network was down, the router in your apartment may need resetting.
 
The internet router is a splitter box housed inside the brown coloured Smarthomes media box that’s fixed to the wall in the storage closet off the hallway. The Smarthomes box is plugged into a mains power outlet (just under the Smarthomes box). If you switch off the power outlet – or remove the plug – and restore the power after a minute, the internet router will have reset itself. In most cases that will have solved the problem. Please contact the concierge if problems persist.
