Recently some new residents asked me about after-hour security arrangements.
Sentry Security looks after security on weekdays from 6 PM until 8 AM and during weekends. Their telephone numbers are 086-2509169 or 056-7751619. If you call the concierge’s office after hours (051-857831), the answering machine will also give you details on how to contact Sentry Security.
If needed, Sentry Security has access to the apartments. However, a call-out fee will have to be paid to Sentry Security if you need them to open your apartment. Also, you will have to be able to identify yourself with a photo ID (passport, drivers licence etc) which can then be cross referenced against a residents list. For this purpose it’s important that all (new) residents make themselves known to the concierge, so that records are up to date.
