The long awaited replacement of the key card locks will be taking place next week. The new locks will look the same, but a new and improved all-weather coating should guarantee that rain will no longer cause the locks to malfunction.
Replacing all door locks at Maritana Gate will start Monday 06-Feb-06 and is expected to last for the rest of that week. All existing key cards will also operate the new locks, so there should be little inconvenience.
It’s impossible to say what time exactly each apartment will be visited, so any residents who do NOT want their lock to be replaced at any particular time, please contact Gerry and let him know (phone 051-857831 or email at maritanagate@eircom.net).
